My Services
I offer two main coaching services. These are in-person Personal Training & Online Coaching. My Personal training sessions are based in a private gym in Wellington. The Online Coaching is for anyone, anywhere! You may want to have a discussion about which is the best option for you and your goals. About me
In the current fitness world there’s a lot to be confused by. I want to create an environment that you enjoy, with a training style that suits you. In doing this, we’ll be able to find the path that will keep you working towards your goals. My core values lie in making people not only stronger, but fitter too. For this reason I enjoy programming a combined strength and cardio programme for my clients. (And they enjoy it too – of course!)
A few words
You may have noticed that I don’t currently use before & after photos on my website. This is because, although my clients may have lost weight throughout training together, I chose to focus on their achievements outside of the weight loss too. I believe this to be the key to successful body composition change – focus on your self-worth and your newfound abilities and the body will follow suit! As such, here are some words from a few of my lovely clients.
