Train with a friend or family member with my 2-1 or small group PT sessions. There’s nothing that will hold you accountable more than having someone on the journey with you. Shared personal training sessions in Wellington can be a more affordable option without sacrificing results. 

Why choose a buddy session?

Working out with a friend and making progress together is a great motivator to keep showing up. I’ll admit, my job as your trainer is also to motivate you, but no one likes to let their friend/family member down on a session.  

I can run personal training sessions on a 2-1, 3-1 or small group basis. Depending on the size of the session, this can be a more cost-effective solution for everyone. You could even supplement your own 1-1 sessions with a group session to amp up your training and get a good week of workouts.

The gym

My personal training sessions are run out of a small private facility in Wellington. This differs from a standard gym in that the environment is a lot less intimidating. The gym is fully stocked with a ton of equipment ranging from cardio to weight training equipment. From barbells to kettlebells, you’ll be a proficient trainee in no time!
