What is Achieve More Online Coaching?

Achieve More is an online coaching package, similar to personal training but without the face-to-face element.

Online coaching is a combined approach of training, support and guidance with the aim of helping you to achieve your goals.

Achieve More uses a simple and honest approach to empower you to understand your body’s needs and exactly how you want to train.

A successful client for me is someone who leaves coaching with a newfound love and excitement for their fitness, strength and their body’s capabilities. In turn, you’ll be confident that you can smash your goals consistently.

No need to overcomplicate it.

What to expect from Online Coaching

Initial Consultation

To gain a better understanding of you, I’ll need you to fill out an online questionnaire with some questions in relation to your current training ability, lifestyle, nutrition habits, sleep and more. This is to better understand what you’re hoping to achieve throughout this process together.

Programming

You will be provided with an online programme to follow in-app. We’ll discuss the amount of sessions suitable per week, training style and goals based on the answers given in the questionnaire. You can also sync your food diary, steps and any other habits we deem suitable to you!

Weekly Check-ins

A weekly check-in form will become available in-app every week. This is a one of the most important tools to use in your journey. You’ll answer questions in relation to your week’s workouts, movements, nutrition as well as any issues that may have arisen. This is where we work together to put you on the right path to create healthy and sustainable lifestyle change. 

Communication

There is a chat function in app for all your queries. I’ll also be available via WhatsApp.
