The gym
My personal training sessions can be found at a private facility in Te Aro, Wellington. Training in a private gym helps to remove any anxiety towards the regular gym environment. There aren’t thousands of members, a confusion of machines or a generally unfriendly atmosphere.
Furthermore the gym is fully stocked with a ton of equipment ranging from cardio to weight training. From barbells to kettlebells, we’ve got all the tools to get you fitter, faster, stronger and effectively.
“I started with Jaynie on the countdown to my wedding. I was looking for more targeted sessions beyond weekly gym classes to get me in the best place for my big day.
Jaynie creates a very friendly environment where you feel instantly comfortable but she will push you to ensure each session gets you one step closer to your goal.
She was able to quickly learn how I “work” and was able to tap into this, pushing me forward. She developed a program to help me work towards my goal and adapted it where old injuries caused me to have limitations. But in saying that she is all about the rehab so was adding in strengthening exercises to help strengthen my weak points to increase my ability to train further.
As a result of her coaching, my fitness levels have improved significantly and I reached my goal for the big day. Best of all we always had a great laugh and I thank her for being my ear for all my pre wedding/ life moans and groans!”
