There aren’t enough words to explain the positive impact Jaynie has had on me. Not only does she impact me physically in sessions but she also accommodates to whatever is going on outside the gym. Jaynie pushes me and knows my limits better than I do. I genuinely look forward to our sessions and I couldn’t recommend her more. Not only is she an amazing PT she’s also a genuinely amazing person. Jaynie was recommended to me by a family member who was concerned that over the past couple of years I had aged and lost condition.

I discussed my requirements with Jaynie and after 5 weeks at 2 sessions a week the progress is impressive. I have made more progress than I ever would by just going to the gym- Jaynie seems to know intuitively, and better than I where my limits are and pushes me each week over a variety of reps focusing on different areas such as strength or aerobic exercise.

Jaynie has helped me stay focused-I have started exercising at home  when not in a session, monitors my diet and makes helpful suggestions to my traditional menu.

The weekly feedback and contact I have with Jaynie means she can constantly adjust and adapt the sessions.

I, and family members have noticed a difference in my physic, including an easier fit for my trousers which were under strain after lockdown.

When I set the cost against the benefits it's a no-brainer- I am achieving far more under her direction than I could achieve on my own and take the view that this is an investment in the future. Finally, its fun

Jaynie is a massively non judgemental person who always made me feel so comfortable when working out. Even when there were moves I couldn’t do due to my lack of flexibility I never felt judged. She would always answer any questions I had and put my self-doubt and anxieties at ease. I have learnt so much about food and exercise which has had such a positive impact on my life. I felt jaynie really took the time to listen to me and I felt the programme she created for me was very specific to me and even considered the shifts that I do.

Even if I made bad choices with food or missed a workout she always reassured me that it was ok and to not let this one bad choice ruin the many good choices I had made or was going to make.
