I discussed my requirements with Jaynie and after 5 weeks at 2 sessions a week the progress is impressive. I have made more progress than I ever would by just going to the gym- Jaynie seems to know intuitively, and better than I where my limits are and pushes me each week over a variety of reps focusing on different areas such as strength or aerobic exercise.
Jaynie has helped me stay focused-I have started exercising at home when not in a session, monitors my diet and makes helpful suggestions to my traditional menu.
The weekly feedback and contact I have with Jaynie means she can constantly adjust and adapt the sessions.
I, and family members have noticed a difference in my physic, including an easier fit for my trousers which were under strain after lockdown.
